How We Do IT
Provision/Configuration Services
From the point technology arrives at KOcycle whether new or refurbished, we bond this stock in quarantine areas ready for deployment once required. We offer a range of configuration services that align to your own configuration path including DOA Testing, Imaging, Asset Tagging and Asset Sequencing.
ITAD Services
Once data bearing equipment is received it is quarantined before being added to our bespoke inventory management system. We then perform detailed diagnostics on these assets and provide you with the reporting. If an item can be fixed or is in good working order it can be reutilised. If it is damaged beyond repair we then consult about further options.
Service Delivery Management
Acting as your champion, we assign a team that works with you from the point of transition to ensure we can operate as an extension of your own team. They are accountable for all reporting; from your goods being received at KOcycle to us dispatching IT to your users.
